**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Finance Executive / Finance Officer** to manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex transactions, reporting, and compliance. You will be responsible for supporting budget planning, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Administration & Transactions**
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and staff reimbursements.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of financial transactions, including cash flow and expenditures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash collection verifications.
**2. Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor departmental expenditures against budget allocations and provide variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial planning strategies.
**3. Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management.
- Compile financial statements, cash flow reports, and profit/loss analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Generate and analyze reports on financial performance, project costs, and operational efficiency.
**4. Compliance & Regulatory Matters**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and statutory regulations (e.g., LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, SST).
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
**5. Documentation & Record-Keeping**
- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- File and safeguard confidential documents, invoices, contracts, and bank statements.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining supporting documents for all transactions.
**6. Support & Coordination**
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations departments on financial-related matters.
- Assist in handling finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial and tax regulations.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
