**Responsibilities**:
**Documentation & Data Management**
- Key-in data accurately into company systems and government websites.
- Prepare, manage, and verify import/export and trade-related documents.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of shipping and customs documentation.

**Customs & Regulatory Compliance**
- Handle submissions and processes for Malaysian Customs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and international trade laws.
- Familiarity with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) corporate documents for trade purposes.

**Supplier & Vendor Coordination**
- Communicate effectively with international suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with transport companies for both domestic and international shipments.
- Negotiate and manage logistics costs to optimize the supply chain process.

**Operational Management**
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or vendor agreements.
- Liaise with internal teams to align trade and logistics activities with company goals.

**Problem-Solving & Reporting**
- Address operational challenges, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.
- Generate reports on trade activities and logistics performance for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian Muslims (male / female are welcomed)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum experience 2 years or more in import / export / administrative
- Proficiency in using trade-related software and government portals (e.g., Malaysian Customs, SSM systems).
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade is an added advantage.
- Dress modestly, wear formal attire, and work at Al Haraman Sdn Bhd HQ.
- Aged between 22 and 40 years.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Skilled in managing documents, registering companies on official government portals, and experienced in handling important company documents.
- Experience in the import/export sector (both domestic & global).
- Willing to travel abroad for import/export/trade-related business or meetings with suppliers/clients.
- Punctual in arriving for work.
- Living near Gombak / Klang Valley area (HQ in Taman Sri Gombak, Batu Caves).

Monday 9am - 6pm

Tuesday 9am - 6pm

Wednesday 9am - 6pm

Thursday 9am - 6pm

Friday 9am - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 2:30pm

Sunday Off Day

Public Holidays Off for office staffs.
