**What you will do**: As the Project Delivery Leader, Malaysia you will provide leadership for the overall Project Delivery operations in Malaysia and develop a high performing projects team to achieve flawless execution to deliver the financial (revenue, margin rate expansion, UBR and AR) & operations results (Customer Survey, Labor Productivity). **How you will do it**: - Provide leadership for the overall Project Delivery project operations in Malaysia and develop a high performing projects team to achieve flawless execution to deliver the financial (revenue, margin rate expansion, UBR and AR) & operations results. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive the operational and functional excellence with capabilities building to achieve business goals and targets. - Drives continuous improvement and best practices to improve effectiveness and implement transformation programs initiated by both local team and regional team to drive operational excellence. - Develops strategic and financial project delivery plans, drive the flawless execution culture, and provide operational governance leadership to drive the flawless execution culture to ensure all functional KPI target are being met and exceeded. - Executes operations workforce resource plan.
