**Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator (OSH-C) / Safety Officer**:

- **l Nusajaya**:

- **Offer Salary : Rm 2500++ + Overtime (if any) + Allowances**:

- **Working Days : (5 days/week)**Responsibilities**:_
- 1. Develop, review and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- 2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify hazards and assess risks.
- 3. Collaborate with department head to develop and implement safety protocols and practices.
- 4. Provide guidance and support to employees on occupational health and safety matters.
- 5. Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing education.
- 6. Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- 7. Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations.
- 8. Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- 9. Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections as required.
- 10. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- 11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
- 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and
- Procedures.
- 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
- 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
- 15. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Diploma Engineering (Environmental / Health and Safety) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HSE related field.
- Registered DOSH Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C).
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Meticulous, keen attention to details & organised.
- Able to work independently & multi-tasking

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HSE: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
