**To manage the B2C E-commerce operations for ROYCE’ in order to maximise commercial performance whilst providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.**

**Responsible for all sales support activities to cater for development of ROYCE’ business, namely Open-to-Buy planning, sales analysis, merchandising mix as well as promotions.**

**You are required to enroll the job responsibilities includes**:
**Sales & Orders**
- Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Process daily sales orders
- Handle day-to-day activity and operations
- Liaise with warehouse on delivery arrangements for confirmed orders
- Create invoice for e-store for stock management

**Website Management**
- Administering web merchandising to accomplish the company target
- Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure the visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Improve user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and develop brand loyalty
- Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates
- Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media
- Execute SEO to increase the online presence of our website

**Handle Customers Enquiries and Complaints**
- Social Media: Facebook & Instagram
- WhatsApp: Phone & Messaging

**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience as an E-Commerce Specialist
- Understanding and experience in, UX, UI, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
- High experience with proven track record of handling e-commerce platforms such as **Shopify, Shopee** and **Lazada**:

- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Required language(s): English,Bahasa Malaysia
- Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
