Responsible:

- Manage E- Commerce Shop(s).
- Monitor, Control and manage the e-commerce system and market place system.
- Organising promotions, liase with shipping companies and making advertising

decisions.
- Monitor the products and pricing at the E- Commerce website and market place.
- Order management (generate reports and check payment status periodically).
- Responds to all customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve all inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year experience in e-commerce platform or

marketplace such as LAZADA, and SHOPEE
- Passion in E- Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Independent, self
- motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu
- Possess own transport
- Able to work under minimum supervision and self-motivated

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
