**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities that align with company's strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the Director of New Ventures to develop business plans and financial models for prospective ventures.
- Support the execution of new projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Build relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for new initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new ventures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and outcomes related to new ventures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with new business ventures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, project management, or strategic planning, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in analyzing market opportunities and contributing to the development of new products or services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and business analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
