About the role

As a Finance Executive at Urban Pinnacle Venture, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations and reporting. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will involve managing a wide range of financial responsibilities to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices, receipts, payment reminders for tenants.
  • Monitor and track incoming payments; follow up with tenants on outstanding dues.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Maintain proper records of all financial documents including bills, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Work with the company secretary to ensure timely reporting, tax submissions, and compliance with statutory requirements.

What we're looking for

  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business
  • Mandarin Speaker ONLY to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements
