- Prepare monthly work statements.
- Liaise with supervisors for measurement of work quantities.
- Maintaining proper site records with special emphasis towards contractual claims.
- Motivated & able to work independently.
- Able to tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
- Able to work in a team.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.
- Must possess the relevant qualifications.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
