**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
- Reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Coordination of work effort.
- Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
- Common Tasks and Duties
- **The day-to-day tasks of a Quantity Surveyor are diverse and challenging, encompassing several aspects of construction costs**:_
- Preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Performing risk, value management, and cost control during construction.
- Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification is required at a minimum.
- Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and technical reporting skills.
- Possess good numerical skills and sharp analytical thinking.
- Possesses own transport.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Welcome Fresh Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
