**Job Description**:
Essential Functions:

- Responsible to analyze, review and approve the submitted Engineering Change Notice
- Initiate the appropriate engineering change type from ECN in short lead time.
- Responsible for part number allocation, BOM structuring (Sub Assembly BOM / new PN creation (SKUs or parts) / new BOM creation), interpreting BOM to help manufacturing to understand the requirement from the ECN change request, as well as new MPN assigning to part number or changing of MPN/ manufacturer
- Configure the packaging for build per marketing request.
- Accountable to process all the dynamic request to run Qual, Cprod/Pprod, C-Act and ACT
- Managed the BOM configuration for Qual, Cprod/Pprod, C-Act and ACT status
- Manage the life cycle for all parts / SKUs
- Take initiative to follow up on the submitted engineering change in such a way to ensure smooth and on time implementation without any outstanding comments / concerns from approvers.
- Drive the implementation of the ECOs by interacting with all levels of team members.
- Manage and train junior PCM to support daily engineering change request as well as communication task which needs to dive in more detail prior the change can be executed.
- Accountable to make sure the ECN& ECO is close in timely manner
- Additional task as per assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positions.
- Knowledge of using PLM Tools (Agile System) and Proven Experience managing complex stakeholder requirements and relationships is a must.
