Job Summary:

The Administrative Executive will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role involves managing office functions, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting management in various tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Functions:

  • Oversee general office operations and maintain an organized working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate company records and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and relevant regulations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when needed.
  • Coordinate internal events, training, and external meetings.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and staff communications.
  • Handle timely renewal of business licenses with local councils and coordinate with government bodies
  • Work independently on tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years' administrative experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Resourceful and independent self-starter. Able to work independently
