Job Description:

  1. To coordinate among sections in own efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain Logistics section's efficiency in healthy stock levels, delivery efficiency, cost efficiency, good quality of service and new model/ module/ project management.
  2. To act with the teams to execute the section's target included quarterly tree plan project and yearly target achievement.
  3. To act with the teams to determine the best course of action/ countermeasure that a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations in section/ department.
  4. To prioritize on how to maximize performance by enhancing the ability of section and minimize losses and disruption of operations.
  5. To liaison and coordinate among and across sections to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and direction as appropriate.
  6. To compile daily, weekly, monthly report and provide summary report. To perform analysis and necessary action/ countermeasure.
  7. To organized section administrative task included maintains record.
  8. To lead a small team (option) or coach junior to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
  9. To follow all workplace discipline and compliance to BSH / government related rules and regulations.
  10. To report to the superior if there are any abnormal encounters/ found.
  11. Undertake and perform any project, task and duties that are assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistic Management, Business Administration, or any discipline of studies.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of related working experiences
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics operations management.
  • Requires knowledge of Logistics.
  • Requires knowledge of import and export & law and regulations.
