Job Descriptions

  • Handling all import and export logistics duties.
  • Price comparison and negotiation with forwarder on transportation rates and related logistics service to meet reasonable expenses.
  • To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • To verify all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc.
  • To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order).
  • To confirm physical stock and verify outgoing shipment according to the delivery order/packing list/Invoice.
  • To update and maintain the shipping report and update the shipment status to shipping requester.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline.
  • Take Initiative to handle any complaint and issue which is brought out from any party and provide the best solution and long-term prevention.
  • Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
  • To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge on Custom procedures, FTZ, LMW & Warehousing procedures, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping process & requirement.
  • Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
