Our facility is fully equipped with comprehensive manufacturing capabilities including die-casting, stamping, machining, painting, and polishing supported by digital technologies to optimize workflow and ensure world-class quality and efficiency.

We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with both local and international customers. This role plays a vital part in connecting our advanced manufacturing.

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong customer pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Production, Purchasing, QC, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Support branding activities and represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Handle ad hoc sales or marketing tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas as required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required for liaising with Chinese HQ, customers, and suppliers.
