About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Batu Kawan, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and services, with the key objective of delivering efficient and cost-effective marketing campaigns while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Advertising & Promotion (A&P) plan and business strategies.
  • Establish and develop good coordination with advertising agencies in A&P planning.
  • Promote company's properties and services.
  • Analysis and research on competitors marketing strategies and product development.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Liaison with government agencies such as Ministry of Housing and Treasury Department.
  • Develop good rapport with press and business associates to promote company's products and services.
  • Plan and organize exhibitions, sales launches, promotional events, and roadshows.
  • Manage sales booking systems and providing all the required sales & marketing documents in systems.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements and dealings with the Ministry of Housing.
  • Good organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
