We are looking for a Senior Corporate Training Executive to join our team at ViTrox Academy's Corporate Training team. This role plays a key part in managing end-to-end training operations, driving collaboration projects, and supporting internal talent development initiatives to strengthen ViTrox's learning culture.


Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate training operations, including customer inquiries, HRD Corp applications, and training logistics.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning events.
  • Lead and support collaboration projects with external partners such as government agencies, associations, and education institutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement employee development initiatives (e.g., leadership, mentoring, and competency programs).
  • Maintain training records, databases, and reports for analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trainer or facilitator when required and contribute to internal culture-building initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, corporate training, or organizational development.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HRD Corp processes, adult learning principles, and training systems.
  • Proficient in Office Application; experience with LMS or e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning and people development.
