Internal Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
I. Order Management:
- Manage and settle orders from all sales account.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet demands.
- Address and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively.
II. Market Development:
- Maintain and grow existing markets while actively exploring new opportunities for product expansion.
III. Relationship Management:
- Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with all sales accounts to ensure continued collaboration and business growth.
IV. Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve set sales goals.
V. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports to Management.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
VI. Event and Expo Participation:
- Ensure active participation in events and expos to promote products and engage with potential customers, as well as any potential sales channels.
VII. Sales Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues for all sales accounts, including end customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
VIII. Payment Follow-Up:
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from all sales channels to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
IX. Logistics and Delivery Coordination:
- Liaise with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, resolving any related issues as they arise.
X. Market Sensitivity and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in the baby food industry.
XI. Administrative and Ad Hoc Duties:
- Prepare and maintain all sales-related reports and documentation.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
XI. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and event team to ensure cohesive operations.
- Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to team goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the baby food or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
