Ansell is looking for a **Assoc Director Commercial Logistics APAC** to join our team in **Cyberjaya**

In this position you will play a vital role in management responsibilities for distribution canter & warehouse operations, import/export operations, and outbound transportation across the APAC region.

**What your role will be?**

**Team Leadership**
- Fosters a Safety-First culture in all warehouse operations through ensuring Ansell EH&S safety procedures and protocols are established and maintained.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Lead change management efforts to support transformation and growth.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee, drives and manage transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management across all regions.
- Develops annual warehouse budgets. Manages operational expenses relative to distribution operations; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Works with the regional and global logistics teams to drive competitive costs across the logistics and transportation modes - warehouse, ocean, air, truck and parcel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, KPIs, and lean methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute a long-term logistics strategy aligned with corporate objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and implement innovative logistics models and technologies to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- Continuously assess global logistics trends and proactively adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

**Customer-Centric Logistics**
- Design logistics solutions that enhance the customer experience, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with commercial and customer service teams to ensure logistics supports a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Ensures all policies, practices and standards are consistent with business objectives and supports a multi-site operating environment.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Serve as the primary liaison between logistics and internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, IT, Global Suppl Chain and Manufacturing.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers, to ensure service excellence and cost optimization.
- Communicate logistics performance, risks, and opportunities clearly and persuasively to executive leadership

**What will you bring to Ansell?**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain leadership roles.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and data analytics tools.
- 3PL Management experience, including contracting, negotiation, and operational oversight.
- Accountability for distribution center startups, transfers, and exits.
- Experience with Network Design, Warehouse Technology, and LEAN principles.
