**Agoh Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd** is a smartphone business company. We are building up a brand called SWAPPER in the market, selling and buying smartphones with attractive prices. Swapper is a Malaysia Government Certified Franchisor and we already have 10 franchise retail shops in KL and Selangor. We are fast-growing company with so far 200 employees, and the number is still growing. We are building up teams. Join our team as a Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager where you'll delve into the dynamic world of smartphones, gaining invaluable experience in intricate processes and beyond. Your role is to lead a professional retail sales team to achieve branch revenue targets, operational goals, and 100% customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for all functions of the retail branch including sales, service, stocks, SOPs, and staff so as to ensure quality operations. The ultimate goal for this role is to be one of our company partners in 2 years' time. Welcome YOU to join us. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and Motivate team members: - be a role model for team member, polish their closing sales, be team members' mentor, and collaborate with the company in-house trainer to train and motivate them. - To manage team members: - discipline, achieve sales targets and monitor performance. - Develop new team: - groom sales person to be senior sales then branch manager. - Conduct daily briefings prior to opening of the branch. - Ensure and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch - before opening, during operating hours and at day end closing. - Conduct market merchandising by analyzing promotions, pricing strategies, product displays, stock control, and inventory management. - Prepare daily reports to higher management. **Job Requirements**: - Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills. - 6 working days a week, willing to work shifts, 9am to 4pm or 3pm to 10pm. - Working location: Pertama Complex KL - Why **AGOH**? - Be part of Malaysia's fastest-growing retail chain. - Opportunities for career growth and development. - Work in a supportive environment where your leadership makes a difference. - Salary: Attractive Basic + Commission Package + Profit Sharing - A bright and transparent career development pathway: Branch Manager > Company Partner - Within 2 years, from branch leader to company partner.
