1. Reporting to MD (SG, INA & ME).

2. Key support personnel for initiation of new branches/openings in INA & ME

3. Perform market data analysis to identify business opportunities.

4. Attend to meetings if necessary to support the MD as well as keeping up to date industry sentiments and market information.

5. To provide support for the MD in the sales/marketing and project follow-up activities.

6. Cost-benefit analysis for sales and new projects in INA & ME

7. Assisting the MD with data analyzing

8. Public relations face for governmental bodies, customers, partners also setting up coordination and understanding stakeholders

9. Preparing statistical, financial or administrative reports that the MD may require.

10. Assist MD in strategizing plans in any business opportunities

11. Handle corporate confidential and time sensitive materials with absolute confidence and professionalism. This is of high importance.

12. Professional interaction on both spoken and written. Liaise professionally with business partners and another external organization.

13. Able to work under pressure, very organised, fast, must be good with PR and have an eye for details.

14. Execute and oversee the development of deals and programs; and to ensure fulfilment of planned programs and accounting cost-effectiveness.

15. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, functions and related duties as and when required.

16. Work with other teams from various department in HK, Malaysia, Middle East, Indonesia, Singapore, and other regions as required by MD

17. Prepare presentations, quotations and/or commercial assistance should there be any urgent help needed.

18. HR spectrum and liaison with HK HQ for INA & ME HR needs.

19. Interface for local procurement - ensuring INA & ME teams procuring correctly and ethically

20. Cross-checking work on all departments in INA & ME

21. Frequent business travels within Asia and Middle East with MD is a must.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
