Job description
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in administrative task for respective department
- Assist in daily administrative works, logistic, etc.
- Assist invoice and payment processing of Accounts
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company’s admin requirement and practices
- Answer in outgoing calls when required
**Requirements**:
- Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fresh Grad
- Female and Open Race
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
**Remuneration**:
- Working hour : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Sat : (8.30am - 12.30pm)
- EPF & Sosco Entitlement
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Filing: 1 year (preferred)
