Front Office Officer

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required (e.g., filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Follow company security and confidentiality policies.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees (ID cards, welcome kits, etc.).
- Assumes other duties assigned by the Duty Managers / Front Office Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
