**About Our Client**:
Our client is an ad tech consultancy founded in 2009 that helps marketers adopt advanced advertising and creative solutions, primarily through the Google Marketing Platform. They offer services in ad technology, programmatic solutions, data analytics, creative solutions, and training enablement to enhance clients' digital maturity and campaign effectiveness across the Asia-Pacific region. They act as a certified Sales Partner for Google Marketing Platform products and emphasizes strategic thinking, agility, and a diverse, multicultural approach to problem-solving.

**Job Scope**:
**Customer Success & Support**
- Act as the first point of contact for customer technical inquiries related to GMP.
- Assist in onboarding and training clients on Google Marketing Platform tools.
- Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop and maintain documentation on product updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic digital maturity solutions.

**Digital Analytics & Optimization**
- Assist with Google Analytics (GA) and media tracking implementation and QA.
- Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects using tools such as AB Tasty and VWO.
- Support dashboard creation and maintenance in Looker Studio.

**Project Contribution**
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives that drive company innovation and efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:
**Experience & Education**
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

**Language Skills**
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.

**Key Competencies**
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and collaboration abilities.
- Growth mindset and curiosity for emerging digital technologies.

**Technical Knowledge (Preferred but not required)**
- Basic understanding of SEM and programmatic media buying.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with GMP tools (GA4, GTM, CM360, DV360) and CRO platforms.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
