Internship - Leasing & Operation

Leasing
- Support the leasing superior in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning.
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
- Preparation and tracking of lease documentation and leasing kits.
- Responsible for operating the various systems and tools in tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis and forecasting, management reporting.
- Conduct market research on new trends.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Support feasibility studies and formulation of new innovative retail formats and curated concepts.
- Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/ sales documents in an orderly manner.
- Creates strategies that will increase, improve, and maximize mall's occupancy rate.
Operations
- Establish, enforce and implement standard operating procedures.
- Business strategy analysis. Collecting fees, handle tenant queries and complaints. Resolve others matter raise by tenants.
- Running with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectation and needs of customers and tenants.
- Oversea and manage daily operation of the complex.
- Resolve the company’s output of other tasks.
- Functional coordination: To be responsible for overall management of regional leasing and operation according to the requirements of group, regional strategic targets and leasing and operation management policies; to organize and establish regional leasing and operation guidelines and requirements; to organize leasing and operation team talent training and echelon construction.
- Operation planning: To assist the GM of commercial on formulating regional operation planning according to regional business demands, formulating specific.
