Administer Plant Manager's appointments, special events, and meetings in the Microsoft calendar, and provide reminders to prevent oversight.
- Coordinate with the safety department for plant visitors’ PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Manage submitted documentation/forms for Plant Manager approval and inform related departments for collection after approval.
- Arrange travel plans, including air tickets, transport, and hotel bookings for plant site personnel, visitors, and guests as per the Plant Manager's notice.
- Adhere to and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set by the Management/Authority, and inform the OSH Committee of any unsafe acts, situations, or practices observed.
- Set up teleconference equipment prior to any scheduled conference call meetings with the Plant Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree student in any related field.
- Available to join in December 2024 onwards.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments within the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Location: Perindustrian Tampoi, Johor Bahru

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM550.00 - RM600.00 per month
