We are seeking immediate support to assist our HR team for a **2-month contract** (with the possibility of extension and potential for a permanent position).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment admin (job postings, interview arrangements, documentation) as required.
- Manage stationery inventory, ensuring stock availability and performing monthly stock checks.
- Prepare documentation related to third-party services (such as office cleaner contracts and payments).
- Support the team in ensuring office cleanliness standards by liaising with the Client Relations/Hospitality team.
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate vendor visits when needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
**Requirement**:
✔Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel & Word**.
✔Good coordination and communication abilities.
✔Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
✔Experience in handling HRDC claims and training coordination is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
