Sales Support Administrator

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Administrator to assist our sales team with administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining sales records.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule appointments with clients and suppliers, and coordinate sales meetings.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to assist in strategy development.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the processing of sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales-related queries and deliveries.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales support administration or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
