Working Location: Johor Bahru area

Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates and support staff, including cashiers, waiters, supervisor and individuals who fall under your jurisdiction or supervision
- Schedule work shifts, allocate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and ongoing coaching to staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

Sales and Customer Service:

- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement measures to improve sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

Inventory and Stock Management:

- Oversee the inventory management process, including stock ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover and minimize stock-outs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of products.

Operational Efficiency:

- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including staff wages, utilities, and supplies.

Marketing and Promotions:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive customer traffic and sales.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Make recommendations to management regarding pricing, product assortment, and promotions.
- Develop comprehensive weekly reports that analyse the outlet's performance over the course of the week
- Oversee data collection and analysis processes to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Interpret survey data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing survey findings.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
