**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address employee concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Sales and Financial Management**:

- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement promotional activities and initiatives to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Manage outlet expenses and budgets effectively to maximize profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the F&B RETAIL INDUSTRY
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
