The **Outlet Manager** is responsible for managing the daily operations of the outlet and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing the team, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, and maximizing profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:
Supervise bakery shop staff, including bakers, sales associates, and support personnel.
Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among the staff.

**Customer Service**:
Ensure customers are greeted warmly and served promptly and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Train staff on delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

**Operations Oversight**:
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.

**Sales and Profitability**:
Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement measures to increase profitability.
Control costs, including labor and inventory, to optimize financial results.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
Train staff on safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper equipment usage.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a bakery shop or similar retail setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of bakery operations, including food preparation and quality standards.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
