- Handle all invoices approved and perform matching with the supporting documents.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow and forecast of the company.
- Prepare and update monthly debtor and creditor aging list.
- Monitor on sales collection and follow up outstanding payments with the sales team.
- Ensure proper filing system for all processed transactions (including journals) and attached with the required documents.
