Job Scope

Accounting & Financial Administration

  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including HRD Corp claim submissions and payment follow-ups.
  • Update and maintain accounting reports, supporting documents, and financial records.
  • Liaise with outsourced accounting partners to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Human Resource Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related matters such as attendance tracking, employee records, and coordination of HR documentation.

Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Oversee office administration, including hotel bookings for staff on business travel, procurement of pantry and office supplies, and ensuring an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support for training/events, including attendance management, stationery preparation, and logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage Finance and HR reports, letters, and documentation for management reference and decision-making.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting support.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
