Location: Midvalley Southkey – North Tower, Johor Bahru

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

We're a small but steady team looking for someone to support our daily operations in HR and accounts.

This role is suitable for someone who prefers a clear job scope, a stable working environment, and a team that works well together without unnecessary stress.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll and staff claims
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payments
  • Support general office administration

  • Basic knowledge of HR and accounting processes
  • Responsible, organized, and able to follow up on tasks
  • Willing to learn and communicate well with others
