Job Purpose:
To ensure architectural and finishing works on site are executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards. The inspector will be stationed full-time on-site and report on workmanship, materials, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect architectural and finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, partitions, joinery, ironmongery, and architectural detailing.
- Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and architectural standards.
- Monitor work progress and quality on a daily basis; issue site observations or non-conformance reports (NCRs) as needed.
- Verify use of approved materials and workmanship.
- Attend site coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Liaise with the design team and flag any discrepancies between site execution and design drawings.
- Document findings in daily site reports, photo logs, and inspection checklists.
- Assist in mock-up inspections and approval processes.
- Follow up on defect rectification and snag list closures.
- Ensure finishing works are executed safely and in accordance with site rules.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural/finishing site inspections.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Good communication skills for coordination and reporting.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,960.05 - RM7,264.91 per month
