Summary of Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. Coordinate with external parties to ensure trade & logistic compliance; this including Custom, MITI, Matrade, Shipping liner, logistic service provider and etc.
Maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Liase with external parties and stakeholder to ensure smooth shipment, trade compliance and etc.
- . Well-known on SST, import/export duty.

**Requirements**:

- Educational background, preferably in the fields of business, finance & related degree.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, logistic management preferably experience in fabrication industry.
- Experience in Healthcare processors and site planning.
- Experience to lead a team of professional, with all levels and work across function/ departments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Personality and Skills

- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of complex supply chain system.
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
