**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with retail partner.
- Act as a bridge between the brand and retail partners to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Create and execute strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Execute promotional activities and product launches with internal Marketing team.
- Ensure effective use of branding and marketing materials by retailer partner.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and be on top of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
- Generate sales reports on retailer performance, sales, and market insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Recruit and brief promoter when necessary.
- Manage stock levels at retail outlets and arrange logistics partners for replenishment.
- Arrange set up hangsell, tester or other forms of promotional mechanics in retailer outlet when required

**Requirements**:

- Preferable Language : Chinese, English & Malay
- Experience with Watsons or Guardian is a **PLUS.**:

- Minimum 1 years working experience.
- Good communication & great social skills.
- Understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Strong business sense and focus on achieving results.
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Ability to travel for market visits and meeting with retail partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

**Supplemental pay types**:

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
