**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in all areas of quantity surveying works and tender projects.
- Responsible for site visit, prepares quotation and bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labor costs used in the tendering process.
- Preparing and assisting in submitting all tender related documents and calculation such as drawing proposal, bills of quantities (BQ) rationalization, project variation orders (VO) calculation etc.
- Keeping track of all open and upcoming tenders, including deadlines, requirements, and submission dates.
- Preparing and evaluating the bid price and quality of materials among the suppliers.
- Reviewing quotation of subcontractors based on the budget.
- Attending project meetings and coordinating with site teams to certify physical work done at site.
- Attending all necessary site valuation and site measurements for certifying the contractor's progress claim.
- Preparing progress claim certificates according to work completed for prompt submission to client.
- Preparing the interim valuation payment and final account statement.
- To analyze outcomes to prepare progress reports, materials schedule and cash flow.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in the related field of construction.
- Good knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation and well verse in pricing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
