Qualification:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, Knowledge in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Auto Cad.

· Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction.

Job Requirements:

· To assist Contract Manager to carry out pre-contract and post contract activities.

· To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents

· To prepare submit progress claims and final accounts.

· To take off qualities from drawings and prepare bills of quantities.

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
