Job Responsibilities

  • able to plan, supervise and monitor daily routine site work
  • checking technical designs and drawings to ensure site work compliances
  • ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially office quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
  • providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • liaising with office quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
  • ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
  • implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instruction
  • report site daily progress, site planning, overseeing quality control scheduling ensuring that the projects are able to be completed within the time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil)/ Building Technology/ Construction Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil engineering: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
