**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**Quotation & Sales Documentation**
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all sales documents.
**Customer Communication**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to sales inquiries.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
**Customer Sourcing**
- Make outbound calls to find and follow up with potential customers.
- Assist in identifying and contacting new leads.
**Sales Coordination**
- Liaise with production to coordinate delivery and production timelines.
- Monitor order progress and keep customers updated.
**Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate sales records and filing systems.
- Prepare basic sales reports for management review.
**General Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team.
- Assist in office duties as required by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
