HR Assistant Manager

Job Description:
1) Responsible and support the services covering HR Operations.
2) Experience in hands-on payroll preparation including overtime, allowances, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EA, EIS, and etc.
3) Foreign workers management, including but not limited to work permit, visa, FOMEMA, hostels and transportations
4) Assist to develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR polices to ensure compliance and also to support the Managers accordingly
5) HR administrative support, handling internal & external memos/ letter correspondences, SOP set-up, review, update of Employee Handbook and etc.
6) Check staff’s attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
7) Assist to provide advices on HR disciplinary issues/disputes.
8) Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.
9) Stay up-to-date on Malaysia Employment Act and Rules & Regulations on Immigration.
Job Requirement

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
