Overview:
The Storage & Backup Lead will supervise the day-to-day operations of infrastructure teams within HLB operations. This role involves managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) matters, incidents, patching, and various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of infrastructure teams, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving BAU issues promptly.- Manage incidents, coordinating necessary actions for timely resolutions.- Supervise and contribute to patching activities, ensuring compliance with established protocols.- Participate in and manage various projects, ensuring their successful execution.- Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure to supervise overall operations, reporting directly to the Head of IT Operations.- Responsible for end-to-end oversight of activities related to databases, Wintel, Unix, and AS400 platforms.- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and strive for their consistent fulfillment.- Drive projects to timely completion, maintaining a focus on meeting deadlines.- Proactively address and mitigate any potential audit-related issues to maintain compliance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in overseeing infrastructure teams and managing day-to-day operations.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in DB, Wintel, Unix, Backup, Storage and AS400 platforms.- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle incidents and BAU issues efficiently.- Prior experience ensuring SLA compliance and managing audit-related concerns is preferred.- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with senior management.
