**Job Specification**:
- Customer presentations and seminars/conferences
- Assist customers with understanding, selecting, and architecting appropriate network and/or security solutions
- Develop high-level designs and architectures - create and document architectures that address client business problems that can be used to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery
- Create Bills of Materials that can match with solution workaround
- Ability to lead evals, demos, or proof-of-concepts for customers
- 3 Year Experience in Networking Industry (Dell Network, HPE Aruba, Extreme Network)
- Able to effectively manage your own time and calendar
- Able to quickly learn several products across a wide range of enterprise and data center networking technologies
We are moving forward to become Enterprise Solution Provider and as such, we are looking for Enterprise Technical Consultant who has the passion in taking up new technology knowledge and helping customers or partners to have the solution which will benefit their requirement.
As a Technical Consultant, you need to acquire domain knowledge on the assigned product including market positioning, technical concepts and competitor differentiator. You need to design or propose a solution which will articulate the value proposition of the solution address based on the customer's requirement. You will collaborate with various team / department under the same divisions and act as a liaison between technical and commercial division to bridge the gap. You will also responsible to develop close working relationship with Partners and Principal's Sales/System Engineers. You will also be reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales and Team Lead.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform requirement study on customer's requirements to develop an optimum solution proposal as well and create bill-of-materials that can match with the proposed solution
- Conduct workshop/product update or solution presentation to partner, end user, prospect and seminars/conferences
- Assist customers with understanding, positioning, and architecting appropriate storage and/or backup solution
- Develop high-level designs and architectures - create and document architectures that address client business problems that can be used to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery
- Qualifying proof of concepts request and determine successful criteria and potential risk for customers
- Proactively involved and engages into sales and pre-sales project cycles.
- To assist or help qualifying a sales opportunity.
- To work close with respective Product Manager in engaging the project and as well as to position right for a solution/tender requirements.
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects.
- Be able to position and articulate our products against the competitor.
- Responding and produce writing to customer requirements
- Responding and produce request for Information/Proposal documents
- Meeting customers and delivering product centric presentations
- Developing Statements of Work for implementation consulting
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pre-sales or consultancy role
- Experience in Infrastructure Solution not limit to HPE, DellEMC, VMWare and etc.
- Experience in Backup Solution (Veritas, Veeam or Commvault)
- Industry recognition, credential and certification will be an advantage
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Able to effectively manage your own time and calendar
- Able to quickly learn several products across a wide range of Enterprise and Data Centre Infrastructure Technology
- Willing to travel locally, interstate and overseas if needed
