The Role:

As a Presales Consultant, you are the technical backbone of the sales process. You work closely with the sales team to translate customer needs into solutions by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals. This role requires a blend of deep product knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills to guide prospects through their decision-making journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase how Infor CloudSuite solutions address customer challenges and deliver measurable business value.
  • Solution Design: Develop tailored proof-of-concepts, technical proposals, and solution architectures aligned to customer requirements.
  • Sales Engagement: Provide product and technical expertise during prospect meetings, workshops, and presentations to support the sales cycle.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, enhancements, and industry trends to position the solution effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, consulting, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless handover to project delivery.
Ideal Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within ERP or enterprise software.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation processes (integration, data migration, change management) is highly advantageous.
