Understanding Customer Requirements

  • Engages with potential clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and automation needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the required functionalities, integrations, and workflows, ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work is best practice and in line with client requirements.

Solution Presentations and Demonstrations

· Creates and developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations and presentations.

· Leading the Proof of Concept (POC) developments and presenting the POC application to the key stakeholders of the prospect.

  • Address any concerns or questions from the client and provide compelling justifications.

Technical Consultation & Support

  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients on the best practices, implementation strategies, and potential challenges associated with RPA adoption.
  • Help clients understand the technical requirements, system integrations, and potential impacts on existing processes, create test scenarios, and analyze the results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and technical team such as to provide technical expertise and support during the negotiation and closing stages, provide feedback on market needs, contribute to product enhancement discussions, and share client insights to improve the overall offering.
  • Monitor the performance of the RPA solution and addresses any technical or operational issues that arise.

Relationship Building

  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with potential clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Maintain regular communication, follow up on leads, and address client inquiries promptly.

Industry and Market Research

  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product, competition, and industry-specific requirements, conducts market research and monitor industry developments.
  • Continuously update knowledge and share insights with the sales and product development teams.

General

  • To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or a related field is commonly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other similar platforms. Knowledge of related technologies such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) is also beneficial.
  • At least years of experience or knowledge in the industry or domain related to the RPA solutions you will be selling is valuable.
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales, consultant or technical sales role is an added advantage.
  • Experience in selling software or IT solutions, particularly in the automation or process improvement space.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM20,000.00 per month
