Our client is seeking a Presale Consultant to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead demonstrations and presentations: Deliver compelling showcases of company products and services to sales teams and clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Spearhead Proof of Concept projects: Take charge of developing and presenting POC applications to key stakeholders, demonstrating the practical value of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales to qualify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the creation of persuasive proposals.
  • Craft technical solutions: Leverage your expertise to ensure that solutions outlined in Statements of Work align with best practices and client requirements.
  • Drive sales closure: Assist in the timely closure of sales opportunities by providing technical insights and addressing client concerns.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitor landscapes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Create impactful content: Contribute to the development of marketing concepts, technical proposals, and respond to RFP documents with precision and clarity.
  • Present to decision-makers: Deliver solution-centric and domain-specific presentations to all levels of organizations, including top management.
  • Build knowledge resources: Assist in creating collaterals, case studies, and white papers, contributing to the company's knowledge repository.
Who are they looking for?
  • ERP software experience: Ideally 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ERP software or in-depth knowledge of business operations.
  • Solution architecture background: Experience in software design or solution architecture would be highly advantageous.
  • AI knowledge: Familiarity with Gen AI and Agentic AI solution concepts, demonstrating an interest in cutting-edge technologies.
  • Educational background: A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional experience: Around 5 years of experience in a related role, though candidates with less experience but strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication skills: Proficiency in English is essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
