**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To process Purchase Order from Customer.
- Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
- To prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list.
- To prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
- To follow up or update delivery schedule to customer if any changes date.
