**Job Summary**:
The **Account Executive** plays a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Department with overseeing the institution's financial operations. This includes ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting efficient budget management.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2-3 years in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience in financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and tax regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- **Soft Skills**:

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain a full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) for multiple subsidiaries.
- Keep accurate records of petty cash and ensure sufficient availability.
- Issue cheques/payment vouchers and follow up with creditors.
- **Reconciliation & Verification**:

- Verify and reconcile all data entries, including bank statements, journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of inter-company transactions and account balances.
- Reconcile banking transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- **Fixed Asset Management**:

- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including records of payments and receipts.
- **Budget & Financial Monitoring**:

- Assist the Head of Department in monitoring budget operations, expenses, revenues, and other financial reports.
- **Advisory & Liaison**:

- Provide advice to the Head of Department regarding statutory, tax, bank, debtor, and creditor issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
