**Social Media Content & Video Creator**

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Establish new processes as needed to create content that expands and builds upon audio, video, and written material.
- Produce and edit a high volume of fresh, clever, and creative content for all social media and video platforms.
- Utilize creative storytelling to extract contextually relevant concepts from current source material and generate new material that resonates with our audience.
- Demonstrate keen awareness of cultural moments, social media trends, and feedback on our produced content. Develop new creative content to connect the brand with consumers using these insights.
- Track social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate past performance and make future recommendations.
- Support all on-set production needs, including lighting, videography, audio, etc. (may require travel to Malaysia if needed).
- Execute basic post-production tasks, including video/audio editing, color grading, and color correction.
- **Requirements**:_
- 3+ years of experience in social and video content development and production for a brand or influencer. Relevant prior examples of your work are required, and a portfolio with social media content examples is expected.
- Deep knowledge of and mastery of social platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more).
- Strong level of independence and efficiency.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment focused on producing high-quality creative work.
- Excellent creative storytelling skills.
- Excellent video editing and graphic design skills. A portfolio with social media content examples is required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
